Stains
Stain not only is a primer for your hardwood floors, but can add a layer of color! Here at Antique Hardwood Flooring we make choosing a stain a completely custom experience, when you install Finished Onsite Hardwood Floors with us. We also have a wide range of available colors for Prefinished, Vinyl, Laminate and Cork options.
The best way to pick a stain color is to start with picking the color group, then finding the perfect tone or shade during the installation. We are going to break the colors into the following groups:
Neutrals– Colorless primer for a natural look, options vary depending on the desired final look.
Browns– Large selection of light to dark browns, with variable tones and hues.
Blacks– Dark stain those looking for a dark floor, or can be mixed to darken another stain.
Greys– Large selection of light to dark greys, with variable tones and hues.
Whites– Light stain those looking for a light floor, or can be mixed to lighten another stain.
Other– Variable colors for a unique look, can include options such as olive and mahogany.
